Most people are surprised to hear that the most trained/longest training for a Special Operations Force is 1 year(possibly 1 year, 3 months) from the USAF PJ's(Pararescue Jumpers). PJ's are some of the most highly trained combat medics in the US Military and often work with other US and international special operations units.
