Romeo says Juliet's love has made him effiminate. "O sweet Juliet, Thy beauty hath made me effeminate And in my temper soften'd valour's steel!"
A heath is basically a barren waste land, its unproductive and there is no life there (nothing grows there). There is no life here, whereas the role of land is to sustain life. The witches are there because they are going to be unproductive in what they do there. This is all also connected to the weather (lighting and thunder) they all reflect on each other - the witches are like the thunder (powerful and suggest evil)

Their marriage was valid in the church, but it would also have been considered illicit from the standpoint of the law. His grand plan to bring peace to the families blew up in his face, and now he has a choice between committing a sin by marrying Juliet to Paris, or TELLING, and telling would probably get him into some trouble. He can't do either one, so he comes up with another grand plan to fake Juliet's death.
He has two dreams: one in Act I Scene 4 and another in Act V Scene 1. We don't find out what the first one was all about, but the second one was that he had died but Juliet brought him back to life and he became an emperor.
