We know nothing about what Shakespeare's first play was, when he wrote it, where he wrote it, or what state he was in when he wrote it, unless by "state" you mean what country he was in when he wrote it. That's easy--apparently Shakespeare spent his entire life in England.
If you are asking where they were performed, we are aware of the details of very few early performances of Shakespeare's plays. A play called Harry VI was performed by Lord Strange's Men at the Rose Theatre on March 3, 1591. This is believed to have been one of Shakespeare's Henry VI trilogy. In addition on January 23 1593 Lord Sussex's Men played Titus Andronicus, presumably at the Rose although that was a bad time of the year for outdoor theatre. The same play was performed June 5, 1594 at Newington Butts by the newly-formed Lord Chamberlain's Men. The plays could also have been performed at the Theatre playhouse or the Curtain playhouse since the Lord Chamberlain's Men had access to both.
Plays were also performed at court and in private venues. Again we have only very sketchy records.
If Shakespeare did write an early play called "Perfumed" it is since lost. We really don't know for sure what his first play was, when it was written and whether it was performed at all.
Henry VI is a history play thought by many to be Shakespeare's first. Henry VIII is a history play thought by some to be his last. Obviously he wrote history plays throughout his career.
Shakespeare wrote his first play for the same reason he wrote all of them--for money.
Shakespeare was alive and writing in both the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
Shakespeare began his career in the London theatre as an actor. We can be reasonably certain of this because a critic of his first play, Robert Greene, wrote a highly unfavourable review in which he stated that it was presumptuous of a "mere actor" to write a play. Shakespeare's name appears in the cast lists of the Chamberlain's Men acting company
No.
For Shakespeare, it took William from 1598 to 1601 to write the play.
There is not enough evidence to make an educated guess.

Sometime before 1613 when he retired and after 1592 by which time he had already written his first play. Shakespeare wrote about 38 plays and many of them are famous.
when he was 10
he did write them
We don't know exactly what Shakespeare's first play was, so we cannot answer questions about it.
