This isn't really a question about Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, is it? Because there is no character in Twelfth Night called Valentine. In the Two Gentlemen of Verona, sure, but there is no Viola in that play. If this is about some book about people performing Twelfth Night, you need to specify.
He's the comic butt. It was not uncommon for Shakespeare to put characters in his comedies who suffer from an unpleasant personality trait and who the audience can feel satisfied in laughing at if something unpleasant happens to them. Malvolio in Twelfth Night is such a character--he's such a killjoy that we enjoy seeing him being taken down a peg. Parolles is a liar, a fraud and a con artist, and a coward to boot, and we enjoy seeing him exposed for what he is.
Various speculative works have proposed archetypal plots or incidents, including Joseph Campbell and Jung. The various authors generally disagree on what these plots are and what their essential characteristics are. Therefore my answer may not correspond with that of someone who is using a different model of the archetypes. I choose to refer to Christopher Booker's The Seven Basic Plots. According to Booker's classification, Twelfth Night is a comedy, which proceeds from adversity to a happy conclusion. The adversity is the shipwreck which separates brother from sister and lands Viola with only one companion on a hostile shore. To overcome this adversity she takes on the personality of Cesario, which deception creates the triangle of frustrated love at the centre of the plot. The love triangle can only be resolved by the reveal, by the disclosure of the truth, which will enable Orsino to reciprocate Viola's love, and enable Olivia to understand why Viola cannot reciprocate hers. The reveal also reunites the separated siblings, thus allowing a happy ending for all the main characters.
Manupulative, That's her most important character trait in the story, as it drives the entire plot.
Cleverness isn't necessarily a trait of the tragic hero. It's the ability to use to one's benefit a situation in which one finds oneself. The clever individual particularly knows how to emerge from or take advantage of adverse situations. Oftentimes, the tragic hero ends up in a rut from which it's impossible to emerge because of inflexible thought patterns or equally stubborn character traits.
A mannerism in drama is an odd or repetitive trait your character has. A example would be twirling my hair if i were a teenage girl. These are also known as habits. Hope it helps!
