1593 and 1594 in London
Theatre companies in 1593-1594 were all forced to closed down by law due to the Black Death. The main reason for this was because the disease was speading very quickly and any public builings, or the people within them, would more than likely be contaminated. In attempt to put a hault to the spead of the disease there was a ban of all theatres in London, England. Many actors left the city to aquire medical- and finacial- safety.
