Death was much commoner in the days before good healthcare, clean water and healthy food, and when there were no antibiotics to combat illnesses. All of Juliet's brothers and sisters have died, and the Nurse lost her own daughter Susan (who was Juliet's age).
The nurse doesn't think anything in particular when she finds Juliet dead - people died all the time in the old days, it was nothing special.

The nurse isn't allowed to stay in Juliet's room the night before Juliet's wedding to Paris, because Juliet has to take the "medecine" the priest gave her that will permit Juliet to only sleep longer andnot die. Juliet takes that "medecine" because she doesn't want to marry Paris, but wants to be with Romeo. As a consequence, she fakes her own death. In order to take the "medecine" unnoticed, she has to be alone in her room the night before the wedding. So, no nurse allowed to stay.
In the play he uses a rope ladder that the nurse brings to Juliet's balcony for him. In the movie he just climbs up a tree.

A nursing field such as an emergency room nurse or psychiatric nurse often does not determine the pay as much as experience in nursing / number of years one has worked as a nurse. ER nurses are usually registered nurses just as you would find on a normal hospital floor, it is just the difference in duties.
