Shakespeare's plays have been played all over the place, almost from the moment they were written. We do not have anything like a complete account of where and when Shakespeare's or anyone else's plays were written, except for occasional mentions in diaries and court records. Here are some examples of performances which we have documented. March 3, 1592: Henry VI Part 1 at the Rose January 24, 1594: Titus Andronicus at the Rose June 5, 1594: Titus Andronicus at Newington Butts Theatre December 28, 1594: The Comedy of Errors at Gray's Inn Hall December 9, 1595: Richard II at Sir Edward Hoby's house December 1597: Love's Labour's Lost, at Court September 21, 1599: Julius Caesar at the Globe Theatre February 7, 1601: Richard II at the Globe Theatre February 2, 1602: Twelfth Night at the Middle Temple Hall March 6, 1600: Henry IV Part 1 at Court November 1, 1604: Othello at the Whitehall Palace December 28, 1604: The Comedy of Errors at Court. People who were looking for entertainment anyone could attend the Globe Theatre because of how cheap it was. Also it was lit by the sun so it only functioned during the day and all woman parts were played by men. Last the lower social classes would most likely be in the top balcony standing.

The role of theatre in Elizabethan England was entertainment. Thousands of people would go the huge variety of theatres every day. They would use the theatre as an excuse not to be working and if they were at the theatre and got bored they would just boo the actors on stage. Another role was expression of freedom. The playwrights could do or say whatever they wanted while on stage and so they would use that to express their view and opinions. The one last role was to bring back the past. Playwrights would try to recreate historic events that happened.

The Concert Pianist gave a virtuoso performance last night at the theatre.
Shakespeare started writing plays around 1590, at which time he was hawking them to anyone who would buy them. Lord Pembroke's Men and Lord Sussex's apparently mounted Titus Andronicus and Henry VI Part 2 at the Rose, and Lord Strange's Men may have performed Titus at The Theatre. After the formation of the Lord Chamberlain's Men, Shakespeare wrote exclusively for that group which played in The Theatre (1594-1596), The Curtain (1596-1599) The first Globe (1599-1613), the Blackfriars (1608-1613), and the second Globe (1613). Shakespeare retired in 1613 so no new plays of his were performed after that date. However, the old ones have been played in many many theatres (well, to be honest, in almost all the theatres in the world), some of the most famous of which are The Drury Lane Theatre, The Covent Garden Theatre, The Old Vic, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford UK, the Festival Theatre, Stratford Canada, the National Theatre, and the Lunt-Fontanne Theater, Broadway, New York, as well as the rebuilt Globe Theatre in London which opened in 1996.
Your question is ambiguous. Do you mean when did Shakespeare start to write it, when did they start to rehearse it, when did a performance start? We can only answer the last one anyway. If the play was being played at the Globe theatre it started in the mid-afternoon.
