In act 2, scene 5; Juliet professes her love for Romeo. She has sent the nurse to see if romeo wants to marry her. while she waits, she gets aggitated about how slow the nurse is and how much she loves romeo. when finally the nurse does show up, Juliet wants to know everything. The nurse keeps asking for a breath to catch but Juliet keeps pondering her to tell her what romeo says. finally after some convinsing from Juliet the nurse tells her yes, romeo says yes. Juliet is excited and scared at the same time.
Romeo tells the nurse that he is at Friar Lawrence's cell and is waiting to marry her. After that the nurse brings ropes so Romeo can climb up the Balcony so Romeo and Juliet can have their wedding night. ;) (If you catch my drift, Bow-chica-bow-wow)
The cords or ropes that were supposed to be used for Romeo to climb into Juliet's room. Juliet then hears form the Nurse that Romeo has been banished. Juliet then wants to hang herself with the cords.
He lingered behind when leaving the party. His friends had gone on ahead, but he was still at the door. Notice that the guests have practically all gone when Juliet asks the nurse who Romeo is. I guess they didn't wait up for him, and he had no desire to catch them up.
somewhat, but more "crazy". she doesn't catch on to things easily and doesn't explain things completely... sort of slow, but with a big mouth! can cause a lot of confusion at times.

I don't know where initially, but basically after a Pokemon in your party has it, the others catch it from that one with any luck.
