The difference is that they can't really take care of themselves. Children can have snacks and teens can cook their own food, unlike the babies and toddlers have to be feed by the parents .The babies and toddlers have to stay in their crib until someone picks them up, unlike the children and teens. The part that I hate the most of toddlers and is CHANGING THE DIPPER! Kids and teens don't do that (thankfully). Hope I helped.

They are babies that the parents chose. so the parents can decide on what they want. For example if they want a blonde hair blue eyed baby girl then they can chose that. I think the genetically engineered babies would not be a good thing because you would know all there features. I'm not saying that finding out the gender of the baby is not a good thing personally i would do that but genetically engineered babies are totally different you would pick and chose all their features.
