What parental controls can be put in place regarding computer use by children?
Most browsers, new operating systems, and anti-viruses come with
their own parental-controls. Additional free and pay-for software
is available. Parental controls let the parent decide what material
their child watches, protects from criminals, blocks adult
material, and lets the parent view their child's on-line activity.
