Well, first of all you need to get two cooker's (I do), 1 for just bottles, and another for just nipples, rings, pacifiers, etc. put them on the stove and set the burner on high. then wash your baby's bottles and other things VERY good in hot water with dish washing liquid of course, rinse them in hot water and lay them on a towel, get a pair of tongs and pick the baby's bottles up and put them in the BOILING water. i set a timer for 3 minutes with bottles, 1 min 30 sec with nipples and rings, after you do that, take your tongs and get them out. Reminder water is very, very hot and trust me it will blister you if you touch it. set another DRY towel out and put the bottles on it to dry, after that put them together and your baby is able to drink from them without you worrying.

If you have a baby who has colic or has trouble digesting their milk, you can get specialized bottles that reduce the amount of air that the baby takes in when he or she drinks. When you use bottles, you should sterilize the before they are used. This will decrease the amount of bacteria in the bottle. There are simple ways to sterilize bottles. You can heat a pot of water on the stove until it is boiling. When the water is at a rolling boil, you can place the bottles and the nipples in the water. You should leave the bottles for about 10 minutes, and then remove the pot from the burner so that the bottles can cool. Remove the bottles from the water and place them on a towel to drain.Make sure that the surface you are working on is sterile. Disinfecting wipes can be used to clean the area. Hot water and soap can be used to wash the bottles if you do not want to completely sterilize them. A bottle brush can be used to get any milk out of the bottle and nipple. You should separate the nipple from the lid of the bottle so that you can get any milk that is under the lid off. When you rinse the bottles and nipples, be sure to get all of the soap off of the items. After you rinse the bottles, you can then sterilize them in boiling water, or you can let them air dry on a towel. If you want to sterilize the bottles without using hot water, you can place them in a steam sterilizer. Place all of the parts of the bottle in the sterilizer. Add the required amount of water to the sterilizer so that it creates steam. Place the lid on the sterilizer and place the entire sterilizer in a microwave for three minutes. The water will heat up and make a steam inside the lid that will sterilize the bottles.
