Well I am 13. I got my Mummy some concealer this year but in previous years I have given her perfume or a DVD. I got my Dad some slippers this year but in previous years I bought him chocolate, but maybe a shirt or hair-dye.

Yes it is , im 13 and my hairs currently darkest brown with purple highlights , its not healthy for your hair but if you really want it , go for it ! But in my honest opinion , if i had a chance to go back to the first time i dyed my hair , i would have said no . I wish i still had my natural hair color o';

Obviously they wouuld because they just want you to pay, they wouldn't care how old you were , they just want the money! No they will not let you do it. You are 13 and they know that if your parents wanted you to dye it blue they would have went to the salon with you. They would not dye your hair blue without your parent's consent.

Alot of girls do start to change their appearance around 12-13! I started weari g make-up and dying my hair when I was 12 but some of my friends did this at 10 and some still don't wear makeup or dye their hair! But overall yeah :-D
