Not necessarily, because it is washable. If you color it into your scalp then it is bad, but if it's in your hair for a day or two it won't really do any harm. Usually washable markers and highlighters you can run your fingers through your hair (if you got it in your hair or if you are just coloring your hair for fun) and the marker will come out. Unless you let it dry, then you have to shampoo and condition it out. --- Being washable means nothing, this person probably does not know the ingredients used , they are toxic.
