First off, I assume that you are talking about magazines, not clips. Neither the SVD Dragunov or AK-47 use clips. The answer is no. The SVD uses a 7.62x54 round, while the AK-47 uses the 7.62x39 round. In basic terms, the SVD uses a larger round and thus a larger magazine than the AK-47.
The A&K SVD Sniper Rifle (Dragunov) is a Soviet rifle that was introduced in 1958 and accepted in the military on 1969. It is an adaptation of the AK-47 which was made to accurately keep troops at 650 meters. The Dragunov is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x54Rmm. The maximum effective range of the Dragunov is 850 meters while the maximum range is 1,300 meters with scope. The Dragunov was designed by Evgeny Dragunov.

Buses would not fit into a C-47, and the only C-47's that are left are very valuable anyway.

The AK-74 and the SVD both work on the same piston driving operating system as the AK-47 but fire different types of ammo. Actually, the SVD differs in that it uses a short recoil system, rather than the long recoil method of operation. AK variants are countless, and are naturally related. Some countries which did not adopt the SVD developed their own designated marksman rifles, which did use the same method of operation as the AK - most prominent of these two would be the Romanian PSL and the Yugoslav M76. The M76 was manufactured in 7.92x57 for the JNA, but export versions were offered in 7.62x51 and the Soviet 7.62x54R (the latter of which was manufactured under licence in Iraq). Aside from those, the Galil is derivative of the Kalashnikov, as is the Indian INSAS rifle. The Belgian FN-FNC and Mexican FX-05 rifles also use an operating system based at least partially on the Kalashnikov.
You would have a 47% so you would have an F as a grade. Sorry!
If you want it to be exclusively a scoped rifle, the best mount would probably be the one where you actually remove the rear sight aperture, and install a base for a scout scope mount there. If you're looking to install a reflex optic, and have it cowitness with your iron sights, then your best option would be the MAK rail.
