Well... I consider this to be an odd question.

I will answer this question as "what type of individual seeks for a home based business?" (don't know if that's the question, but then again it was left open to interpretation) Any person with an entrepreneurial mind can be interested in owning a home based business.

Thou, many people think that owning a home based business is a walk in the park. It really does take time, effort, consistency, and education to be able to compete and create a business that can provide a good residual income.

Having an online business with no traffic, is like having no business at all. So... that being said, an constant investment for traffic has to be implemented in order to achieve a constant residual income. After that business is developed, traffic becomes organic, and that can take a while depending on your efforts, and your knowledge.

Meaning, if your not an achiever or have an entrepreneurial mind, then don't seek a home based business. You will lose your shirt.
