Buenas (with an a, not an o) Noches corazón means Goodnight sweethart/my love/Loved one/Heart of my Heart.
The word Corazón literally means "heart" but just like in English it doesn't just refer to the heart muscle in the body. In this statement it is a term of endearment for a loved one, whether it be a companion, partner, son, daughter, or other relation. It is usually used among couples or by an elder generation to a younger generation, Uncle, grandparent, parent to a nephew, niece, grandchild or child of any age. It is rarely used by a younger generation to an older generation.

The most common way of saying "Good night sweetie" in Spanish is probably "Buenas noches, mi corazon ( my heart)". Caramelo is not a term used to show affection. Amor, querido/querida, and corazon are the terms used.
