The Japanese word for "delicious" or "tasty" is 美味しい (oishii), so if you wanted to say "This restaurant has delicious food" it's このレストランは美味しい食べ物がある (kono resutoran ha oishii tabemono ga aru). Likewise, you could also say "The food of this restaurant is tasty", which would be このレストランの食べ物が美味しいです (kono resutoran no tabemono ga oishii desu).
