私にあなたが大切な人です。 (watashi ni anata ga taisetsu na hito desu). Depending on the situation, (such as being an explanation for something) you can end the sentence with だから (dakara) which is probably something you would most likely hear in a drama or anime.

What's in the () isn't necessary. :)

"Sono tokubetsu na hito" is one way of saying "that special person" in Japanese.
