There is no language called "Swiss." Switzerland has four official languages, and you'd have to specify which one you meant.

The official languages are German, French, Italian, and Romansh (in decreasing order of the percentage of the population that speaks them as their primary language). Swiss children are usually taught at least one language other than their primary tongue at school, so "auf wiedersehen" would be understood by most if not all Swiss... for that matter, it's likely that most of them would also understand "au revoir" or "ciao".

The Swiss speak many languages, including German, Swiss-German, French, Italian and Romansch.

Even Swiss German has many different dialects, but these are some basic translations that are mainly used, and understood almost everywhere.

Hello: Hoi (informal), Hallo (standard), Gruezi (formal)

Goodbye: Ciao (informal), Tschuss (informal), Adieu/ Ade (formal)
