"Quieres (you like/want)" does not have an accent.
Quieres ir conmigo = Do you want to go with me?
"Quieres ser mi novia" translates to "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" "Quieres ser mi novio" translates to "Do you want to be my boyfriend?"
