Measure your breasts and see how big they are , once you get into aa/A u should wear them :) I'm 14 and have 32 A cups , I started wearing padded bras when I was 13, if you don't have a cleavage you should just wear non wired bras or sports bras :)

I mean, whichever one you feel most comfortable in, which ever one you like best. I am 12, and I only own padded bra's because I just find them alot more comfortable
