Look away when getting the shot, think about something else like wars for dinner or ways on tv tonight . You can also hum a happy tune like twinkle twinkle little stars or happy birthday , but just remember its a quick 1,2,3, and your done and then when your done or atleast done wt getting shots in that

arm rub ur arm or move it to get the mosle moving and if you have something like I do today because I am getting my 6th grade shots then going to the beach u can ask your doctor about numb cream for your arms .
