∙ 14y agoIt can be dangerous to have a sauna if you suffer from kidney stones.
During this procedure because of hot air -blood vessels and plane muscles of urine way are divided and stones can be stacked in the urine way , which cause urine way perforation,shock and death.
However if you have not stones,but do have inflammatory processes in urinary tract-it can be helpful as you are warming up to get rid of cold symptoms in this case recommended stone therapy as well.
