There is a circle all the way around the world called the "terminator"; the boundary of the sunlit day side of the Earth, and the shadowed night side of the Earth. As the Earth spins, places cross the terminator from darkness into light, and from light into darkness.
So there are sunrises happening at every moment of the day, and sunset also occurring every second.

That is a difficult question.Heres why: There is no first sunrise. There never was. Even in the first day it was not a first sunrise. The Earth is so old that the first day started when it was no bigger than that dust mite family crawling up your arm! (dust mites are microscopic little things, google 'em) The first country to get the sunrise is England, France, could be anyone. We don't know. Great question by the way.
