The Krause Standard Catalog of World Coins, 1801-1900, 5th Ed. calls that type KM# 188.1. Peru minted a million of them in 1863 and 1864 from a copper-nickel alloy. In a really good, circulated condition, grade Fine to Extra Fine they say it is worth between $1.50 and $12.50. A dealer might buy it from you if it is especially nice. If it is badly worn then it may be almost worthless.
If you think it might be worth something then you might try selling it on an online auction, but don't expect too much for it. Good luck.
The value of a 1864 Peruvian two centavos coin can vary depending on its condition and rarity. Generally, these coins tend to be worth around $5 to $20 in circulated condition, but can fetch higher prices if in better condition or if they have unique characteristics. It's recommended to have the coin evaluated by a professional numismatist to get an accurate valuation.
There is no such thing as a "US 1864 Philippines ten centavo" coin or bill, so if you have one it is a fake and worth nothing. The Philippine did not come under US control until 1898. Before that they were part of Spain
