Hello,
I may answer it.
There are 360 longitudes. each longitude is separated by the other by 4 minutes. (that makes 360 * 4 = 1440 minutes = 24 hours). depending on what is the central most longitude of a country (and in some countries which have multiple time zones -they chose more than 1 longitude by bunching the country up into different regions) this central longitude is generally used for the time of the country. hence there could be atleast 360 time zones in the world. some countries also take half a longitude as they prefer to be X.5 hours away from GMT and some prefer X.15 mins from GMT and even some at X.45 mins from GMT.
given that the earth is round, if there was one time for all the world, it would mean that some places would think of 12 noon as dark, some as twilight, some as dawn and some as noon. imagine some parts of the world sleeping only during the day etc
Time can be different in other places due to different time zones, which are based on longitudinal lines on the Earth's surface. Each time zone represents a one-hour difference from the time zone next to it, to account for the Earth's rotation. Additionally, some countries or regions may observe daylight saving time, where clocks are adjusted to give more daylight in the evenings.
It can't be noon everywhere on earth at once, since noon is defined as the time of day when the sun is highest in the sky. If it is noon for me now, it will not be noon for anybody to the east or west of me. For the sake of convenience, the Earth is divided into 24 time zones which maintain common clocks for the areas within them (there are some exceptions to this.) Each time zone is 1 hour different from the next. But from an astronomical point of view, only points on surface of the earth at the same longitude will share the same time of day.
in most places summer, in other places it may be different
This is because of the earths rotation. Sunrise and sunset occur at different times in different places
The change in time zones is caused by the rotation of the Earth. As the Earth rotates, different regions receive sunlight at different times, creating the need for time zones to standardize timekeeping across the world. Each time zone represents a specific range of longitudes where the local time is the same.
we you like to win all the time you become a soreloser
Time zones were crested to have the local time correspond with the amount of daylight hours there are. The sun sets and the daylight hours fade at different times in different places. With time set up to correspond with this it creates different time zones.
Places that are along the same longitude, due South/North of each other will have the same time. Places that are East/west of each other will have different times.

Since the Earth tilts on an axis, different places both in the northern and southern hemisphere will be facing the sun, so the different places of the earth have the sun in different places, therefore, the different places of the earth have different time zones.
From Bucharest the distance is approx. 125 km (by train or highway); the necessary time is normally under 2 hours. From other places the distance is different, of course.
how is brasilia different from other places?
In some places it is, because the laws killed the rave. But in other places it is still alive. But it is different than in the past, raves always change with time.
Depends on where you are. Different laws in different places. In some places it is legal, In other places the court will order you to be beheaded.
Two places in different hemispheres can have the same time if they are both in the same time zone. Time zones are defined by a range of longitudes, so places within that range will have the same time despite being in different hemispheres.
They were from different time periods and different places.
The reason they have a time difference, is because they are nowhere near each other! Auckland, New Zealand, is far to the east of Africa, and places that are located in different places as far as east and west, not north and south, have different timezones!
Broadband is offered at many different places throughout the United States. I am not sure where you are from but Comcast or Time Warners are two other places that offer broadband services.
No. They were at different time periods, and in different places.
