Mitochondria are tube shaped. They are micro-sacs with two membranes. The inner membrane is folded and has thousands of enzymes attached to it. These enzymes produce 95% of the cell's energy supply and they have their own DNA called mDNA. They are shaped like a tube to fit as many folds as possible into the organelle.

Bacillus is a rod-shaped bacterium.
The rod-shaped structure in a plant cell where cellular respiration occurs is the mitochondrion. Mitochondria are often referred to as the powerhouse of the cell because they generate ATP, the cell's energy currency, through the process of cellular respiration.
Rod-shaped bacteria are bacteria that have a cylindrical shape, resembling a rod or cylinder. They are often referred to as bacilli and can vary in length and width. Examples of rod-shaped bacteria include Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.
Faecalis bacteria are cocci-shaped, which means they are spherical in shape rather than rod-shaped.

mitochondria =)
Rod-shaped bodies with interior folds are called cristae. Cristae are found in the mitochondria and serve to increase the surface area for cellular respiration and ATP production.
Rod shaped.
It is mitochondria.
The mitochondria are rod-shaped and have been described as the power house of the cell.in the mitochondria energy is released from food during the process of internal or cellular respiration.
It is the mitochondria
No chlamydia are not rod shaped they are cocci.
