it only snows in some parts of the earth because it is hotter by the equater. It also onlly snows in parts of the earth because the earth sits on its axis and the earth is at a tilt so only parts of the earth get the shadow. For example if you shine a flashlight on a base ball in a dark room with the ball with a tilt only part of the ball will have light.

hope i helped :)

Snow only falls in regions where the temperature is low enough for precipitation to freeze into snowflakes before reaching the ground. This typically occurs in colder climates, such as those at higher latitudes or altitudes. Additionally, factors like air humidity and atmospheric conditions play a role in determining where snow is more likely to occur.

Why does it only snow in winter?

Snow typically forms in winter because the air temperature is cold enough for precipitation to fall as snow instead of rain. The colder temperatures in winter cause the moisture in the clouds to freeze and form snowflakes, which then fall to the ground.
