Frogs - are usually better in water because they have looser hips and his hands are more stuck together witch can make him a bettter swimmer.
Toads - are usually bigger and usually better on land because their hands and feet are not really hooked together and their hips are not as loose as frogs so their survive better on land.
But - frogs and toads are they same in ways so please if you read this please help me save all frogs!
Frogs require both land and water to survive. While they mostly live in water to reproduce and find food, they also need to come to land for activities such as basking in the sunlight, hunting insects, and seeking shelter. Therefore, spending time on land is essential for their survival and overall well-being.
Well, a frog is an amphibian, and, like virtually all amphibians (there are only a select few exceptions), they lay their spawn in the water. The tadpoles hatch from the spawn in the pond, lake, stream etc. and are born with gills, just like fish. Then the external gills develop into internal gills. From then on the tadpole begins to develop lungs and when more developed, you will see the tadpoles rise to the surface and breath air before swimming away again. Eventually they completely lose their gills, by which time they would have metamorphosed and developed arms and legs with which to climb out of the water onto land, as a froglet. They become adults/sexually mature in 2 to 3 years, after which they would come back to the same pond they 'grew up' in and try and find a mate, thus the cycle repeats itself. Only 98% of those tadpoles that hatched will become adult frogs. Frogs generally live on land, but they do throughtout the year stay more or less around their original pond.
Frogs have moist skin that needs to stay damp to breathe through their skin. On land, their skin can dry out quickly, leading to dehydration and difficulty breathing. Additionally, frogs lay their eggs in water, so they need to be near water to reproduce.
yes
Yes, frogs are amphibians, which means they can live both on land and in water. They have moist skin that helps them breathe through their skin when in water. Frogs lay their eggs in water, where they hatch into tadpoles before developing into adult frogs.

Various species of frogs can be found in swamps, such as green tree frogs, bullfrogs, leopard frogs, and pickerel frogs. These frogs are specifically adapted to the swamp environment, with some having webbed feet for swimming and others having camouflage to blend in with their surroundings. Swamps serve as important habitats for these frogs due to the abundance of water and vegetation.
Frogs live both underwater and above (on land). They are amphibians.
Frogs do not live in the sea, they require fresh water, such as ponds or swamps. They are amphibians, so that they live both on land and in the water.
young frogs have to constantly be re-hydrated in a body of water.
Frogs dont always just live on land, some live on land and in water because frogs need water to keep their skin moist so they dont dry out.Hope i helped:)
frogs can only live on land if they are wet, all animals from this catagory do this. However, frogs cant survive on land if they are dry. They way frogs breath is much different from most animals, frogs not only breath through lungs, but also through their skin. Frogs can only breath when wet.

well frogs have legs and can live on land in addition to the water.
