(This is part of my question still)
Well basically my mum is on a cruise trip right now supplied by her work.
Unfortunatly they have to stay in their cabins and wait until the hurricane is over.
The waves are 15feet+ and she says it horrific.
But i cant find ANY hurricanes on the trackers or hurricane sites!?
Why is this? They are heading towards Barelona in Spain and tomorrow was their DUE day of arrival to Spain.
Hurricanes are large, complex systems that can be affected by various factors such as wind shear, temperature, and moistures in the atmosphere. This makes their paths and intensities difficult to predict accurately over long periods. Additionally, hurricanes can quickly change direction or intensity due to interacting with other weather systems, making tracking them challenging.
People who track hurricanes are typically called meteorologists or hurricane forecasters. They use advanced technology such as satellites, radar systems, and computer models to monitor and predict the path and intensity of hurricanes.
no they cant, the place is much to dry
People who watch and track hurricanes are typically referred to as meteorologists, storm chasers, or hurricane enthusiasts. These individuals monitor the development and progress of hurricanes to provide information and warnings to communities in the storm's path.
While Ohio is not directly on the coast, hurricanes can still bring wind, rain, and flooding to the state, especially as they weaken and move inland. However, by the time hurricanes typically reach Ohio, they have weakened significantly from their original strength.
you cant do anything just be prepared just in case one comes

Go on the internet and type in 'National Hurricane Center'
There is no specific language required for tracking hurricanes. All you need is to be able to communicate with your coworkers.
