In the ring of fire, there's a lot of seismic activity. The definition of seismic means (well, i don't know the LOGIC definition, but heres a close meaning) the ring of fire has a lot of volcanic activity. If this is not a very good help, I'm sorry, but it's better that nothing. The prevalence of volcanic activity in the ring of fire has to do with the continental plates which collide with eachother, very slowly, in that zone, which they do because they are being pushed by convection currents in the underlying magma, which itself is being heated by radioactive decay within the planet. So, indirectly, radioactivity is the source of this vulcanism.

The Ring of Fire is a horseshoe-shaped area in the Pacific Ocean characterized by high volcanic and seismic activity. The ring is associated with subduction zones, where one tectonic plate is being forced beneath another, creating conditions for volcanic activity. This subduction process leads to the formation of magma chambers and the subsequent eruption of volcanoes.

because the eather has a "hot spot" under it, it stays in one spot as earths plates move slowly , one it burns through the crust it gives out lava , forming a volcano, which leads to chains of volcanos

Because that is were the oceanic plates move under the continental plates and, when they reach deep enough, they melt and become lava thus volcanic activity occurs.

It is located along a divergent fault that causes a lot of volcanos to form because the magma from the mantle is getting through the crust along the fault and cools creating volcanos.
