The oil drain plug runs out of your oil tank and down through the casing that houses your transmission, it is located in the middle of the casing, in between the frame rails. If it's an automatic, this is likely the transmission breather tube, it should reach up and hook to a clip right around the battery tray, do not plug it.
you get a spark plug socket or one of similar size to fit the spark plugs, then you just put it in the correct location and screw it in snuggly(not too tight cause you will break the ceramic casing), then connect all the spark plug wires
Take off kick starter, located on the left side rear. Then take all the screws out of the black casing that the kick starter is attached to. SAVE THE NUT FOR LAST, all of the oil comes out. Take off the casing, and then the governor will be on the pully closest to the front of the moped, there will be spring type things around it. Take off the nut in the center of that, and then one of those washers (im not sure which one) is the governor. Take it out, and re assemble everything. Make sure everything is nice and snug, and be sure to put oil back into the white plug located on the rear of that black casing that the kick starter comes out of.
