Normal sunflower seeds will typically grow the quickest. Freezing or heating the seeds can damage their ability to germinate and sprout, making it more difficult for them to grow quickly. It's best to use untreated sunflower seeds for planting in order to achieve the fastest growth.

Can we change heated eggs back to normal eggs?

No

How will you justify that ice water and steam are not different substances but different states of the same substance?

Could be in the substances themselves. i.e. they are all subject to the same processes but at different temperatures. Thus rock, at normal temperatures, is the equal of being frozen, and rock can be heated to a point where it becomes a gas. Although it is usually a compound, so the gaseous the state of its constituent compounds would be reached at different times. Of existing gases, they can certainly be frozen to a liquid state, I have never heard of one of these becoming a solid, although I believe that some asteral bodies have frozen gases laying on the ground as a sort of frost

Is solid at 25 degree C and changes to a liquid when heated to 98 degrees C a physical property of sodium?

At normal pressure, yes.

What is the difference between frozen ice cream and melted ice cream?

Frozen ice-cream is ice-cream that has been cooled to the point where it's state is solid. In most normal fridge-freezers it is stored at -5 to -8 degrees celcius. In this state the atoms are tightly packed together, and they vibrate very little. Melted ice-cream has been heated so that it has become a liquid. This means that it has past the melting point of the substance that makes up the ice-cream. In this state, the atoms are a lot more free to move, and not so tightly packed together. If the ice-cream were to be heated further, then the water in the substance would evaporate, leaving behind anything else that made up the ice-cream.

Does metal stay like itself when heated or it goes back to its normal self?

When metal is heated beyond its melting point, it can change its structure permanently due to the atomic rearrangement that occurs. Once the metal cools down, it solidifies in its new structure, which may or may not be its original form depending on the temperature and time of heating.
