β 10y agoI'll say a ruler . . . you can do that job with only one of them.

β 10y agoTo determine the density of a rubber eraser, you would first measure the mass of the eraser using a scale. Next, measure the volume of the eraser by submerging it in a graduated cylinder filled with water and recording the water displacement. Finally, divide the mass of the eraser by its volume to calculate the density.
You would use a balance or a scale to measure matter. These tools can provide the mass or weight of an object by comparing it to standard units of measurement.
A parallax is hard to measure if it is very small - and this happens when the corresponding object is very far away.
A scientist would most likely use a ruler or caliper to measure the length of a nail or other small object. These tools provide accurate measurements in centimeters or inches.
That's easy! But a good question too. Well you know that kilometers is too BIG! So now you have meter or centimeter. And you know that there is 3 FEET in a meter so centimeters would be the best answer.
You would use a scale to measure the mass of an eraser. Place the eraser on the scale and read the measurement displayed.
you would use cm because mm are too small to measure a eraser with and dm are too big to measure a eraser

The greater the mass of an object, the greater its weight. The greater the weight of an object, the more difficult it would be to lift it. So ask yourself this question: which object is more difficult to lift, an eraser or a car?
8 grams
When the object is larger than the ruler.
A beeker would measure the amount of matter in an object.
You can measure small lengths in millimeters. Length of a pencil, pen, eraser, length and width of a paper, sheet etc. can be measured in millimeters.
A scale.
You would measure mass in kilograms (kg).
You would use Volume.
Usually the object would be scales.
