When i was 12 my nipples got puffy and i pressed one of them really hard by accident and a week later it had a lump on it and sum liquid in it and im 15 now and it still isn't better how do you fix it?

Go to the doctor. There are glands in your breast and it is possible one of them is blocked for one reason or another.
