All vitamins as well as protein comes from plants. The only ones that do not are Vitamin D from the sun and Vitamin B12 manufactured by microorganisms living in the soil thus this vitamin comes from soil and unfiltered water. The source of all nutrition comes from plants, soil and sun.

Vitamins that commonly come from plants include vitamin C (found in citrus fruits, berries, and leafy greens), vitamin A (found in carrots, sweet potatoes, and spinach), and vitamin K (found in leafy greens, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts). Additionally, plant-based sources like nuts, seeds, and fortified plant milks can provide vitamins such as B vitamins and vitamin E.
