Well what i know is its really hot and muggy like the rest of Texas. In winter it gets a little milder...but last Jan it snowed too!!..which was unexpected.

in winter, Texas get 0 degrease to 60 degrease. MOST of the times, it snows. in 2012 it did! but in 2010 and 2011 it did not. but that was in Irving/Dallas. i don't know about other parts of Texas. surprise!, i am going to talk in summer, it gets over 70 degrease and sometimes it gets 110 degrease. i mostly like Texas in summer. summer is PERFECT! in Texas.

It is very warm in San Angelo most of the time. It's average winter is 58 and the summer average is 100.
Not all of Texas has a high humidity, the cities along the Gulf of Mexico have a high humidity, other cities like Midland and Odessia do not.
