∙ 14y agoWhen I was growing up on my Grandfather's farm we had many pails and buckets laying around. Pails were containers with larger bases than top openings (an upside down bucket) for carrying water and milk. Buckets were used to carry everything else. I don't think anyone makes pails anymore, since carrying water and milk are no longer a big part of farm life. No one confused a pail and a bucket where I grew up.
In regards to units of measure, a pail or bucket is not a unit of measure--pail or buckets can be had in one, two, three....gallons, liters, etc. The only difference is which end the bottom is on --the small end (bucket) or the large end (pail). Now it's settled.

∙ 14y agoA pail and a bucket are both containers used for carrying liquids, but the term "pail" typically refers to a smaller container with a capacity of around 1 to 5 gallons, while a bucket is larger with a capacity of around 5 gallons or more. The specific capacity can vary depending on the context or region.
It is the difference between two points on a line in accepted units.
Voltage and frequency are different units of measurement and cannot be directly converted. Volts measure electrical potential difference, while GHz measure frequency. So, there is no direct conversion between volts and GHz.
Meters and kilograms are units of different physical quantities, so there is no direct conversion between them. Meters measure length or distance, while kilograms measure mass or weight.
A sales volume variance measures the difference between the actual quantity of units sold and the budgeted quantity of units sold, multiplied by the standard selling price. It indicates the impact of changes in sales volume on a company's revenue and is used to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and forecasts.
Grams measure mass while millimeters measure length. The two units measure different characteristics and so there is no direct conversion between grams and millimeters.
Square units are used to measure the area of something.

They do not use units: they use the fact that stars are not galaxies. For example, you don't use units to measure the difference between children and countries.

I would use meters.
what is the difference between a weight measure and a volume measure
The difference is the tranguillary measurements of the two said units
There isn't a significant difference, just which ever you prefer.
A Volt meter is used to measure potential difference (a.k.a. voltage). Potential difference is measured in units called: Volts (V).
nothing.
There is no direct conversion between volts and joules as they are different units measuring different quantities. Volts measure electric potential difference while joules measure energy.
their both based on units of measure
