"Postrate" is commonly referred to as a typographical error. If you meant "prostrate" in religion, it refers to the act of lying face down on the ground as a sign of reverence or submission before a deity or spiritual figure, often seen in prayer or worship practices in various religions.
Enlargement of the prostate gland, known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), can commonly occur in elderly males. This can lead to symptoms such as urinary retention or incomplete bladder emptying, making it challenging to insert a catheter due to the obstruction caused by the enlarged prostate.
If the nerves that run along side of the prostate are not damaged or cut, a man will still be able to achieve an erection. If the nerves are cut, a full erection is generally not possible, but I have seen reports of people who used spiritual health programs have had full recovery from diseases, cancer and other conditions. This includes recovery from disease and medical conditions where recovery using western medicine practices was deemed a failure.
