Being Isolated is not a good feeling, you feel like you have no-one to relate to, no-one to trust and no-one to stick by you.

You spend most of your time by yourself and you find it very hard to fit in.

Being isolated can feel lonely, boring, and disconnected. It can also lead to feelings of anxiety or depression due to lack of social interaction and support. It is important to find ways to stay connected with others and maintain a routine to help combat these negative effects.
