∙ 11y agoThe blood-brain barrier is formed by a tight network of capillaries that protect the delicate tissue of the central nervous system (CNS). This barrier regulates the entry of substances from the blood into the brain, helping to maintain the brain's microenvironment and protect it from potentially harmful substances.
Cerebrospinal fluid is formed primarily by the choroid plexus in the brain's ventricles. This network of blood vessels filters plasma from the blood to create the cerebrospinal fluid. The fluid then circulates around the brain and spinal cord to provide cushioning, support, and nutrients.

Delicate Arch in Utah was formed through erosion of Entrada sandstone by water and ice. The forces of weathering and erosion removed softer rock layers, leaving behind the iconic freestanding arch structure. The delicate nature of the rock's composition, combined with the erosive forces of nature, created this unique and striking geological feature.
The filtration membrane in the nephron is formed by the fenestrated endothelium of the glomerular capillaries, the glomerular basement membrane, and the podocytes of the Bowman's capsule that wrap around the capillaries. These structures work together to selectively filter and prevent the passage of larger molecules like proteins into the urine while allowing smaller molecules to be filtered.
The strongest wall of the bony orbit is the medial wall, which is formed by the ethmoid bone and lacrimal bone. It provides protection to the delicate structures within the orbit, such as the eyeball and optic nerve.

The Delicate Arch was formed from wind and water erosion. The arch started out as a solid wall, then was eroded by the water and wind and it created a hole. As this continued for millions of years, the hole expanded and now we have The Delicate Arch.
