I heard of this a long time ago. When an animal is injured or sick in the zoo they need cells in areas throughout the zoo that the medical teams can have easy access to the animal without endangering themselves, and without moving the animal too far from it's normal enclosure. So, they can keep the crisis cells prepared and ready, in different areas, keeping the animal closer to it's regular surroundings and mates, while giving medical assistance, or recovery time under observation. The idea was to cause as little disturbance to the sick or injured animal, and all the others animals as well, by not drugging and moving an animal through the zoo and then after, what might be a long recovery, back again to it's enclosure. It was used for the animals that needed observation or treatment for whatever reason, physical, or behavioral. I'm not sure that this method is still being used now, it was awhile back that I heard of this on a TV program.
A crisis cell in a zoo or park is a dedicated team or group of individuals responsible for managing emergencies or crises that may arise, such as animal escapes, severe weather events, or security threats. The crisis cell is tasked with developing response plans, coordinating efforts among staff members, and ensuring the safety of both animals and visitors during times of crisis.
Lincoln Park Zoo was founded by Chicago businessman Cyrus McCormick in 1868. The zoo was built on land that was originally designated as a cemetery, but was later converted into a public park and zoo.

In an amusement park, a cell wall could be represented by the perimeter fencing or walls that surround the park grounds to provide structure and security. Just like a cell wall in biology, this physical boundary helps protect and define the amusement park's internal environment.
