Global warming affects our forest because it affects the food chain. I say that because some animals cant have to much light and if they do they will eventually die of. If that animal dies of the predator of that animal will soon die of as well. That leads to the trees because some animals keep the tree alive and healthy and if their food source dies of they will not be able to keep the trees alive. Factories should keep on their filters on all day instead of taking them of at night, that is also a big part of global warming. You may not think factories are causing the forests to die but they do.

Global warming can negatively impact forests by causing changes in precipitation patterns, increased frequency of wildfires, and the spread of pests and diseases. These factors can lead to decreased forest health, loss of biodiversity, and changes in forest composition.

Forests affect our climate by affecting the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. As forests grow, carbon dioxide is removed from the atmosphere and absorbed into the wood and leaves. Forests absorb, store, and release carbon dioxide which affects the climate worldwide.

How can forests add to global cooling?

Forests take in carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) and liberate oxygen ( O2 ). Carbon dioxide is the cause of greenhouse effect which causes global warming. Hence, if they are more forests then more carbon dioxide is absorbed and there is less of greenhouse effect thus overall global cooling.

An increase in average temperatures around the planet is known as what?

Global Warming

Why Save your Forests?

We have to save our forests because its the Earths Lungs. If we cut them down Global Warming will kick in. We have to save our forests because its the Earths Lungs. If we cut them down Global Warming will kick in.

Does chlorine prevent global warming?

No, chlorine has no effect on Global Warming.

Do rain forests affect global warming?

Yes, rain forests play a crucial role in mitigating global warming. They act as carbon sinks, absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere through photosynthesis. Deforestation and degradation of rain forests contribute to global warming by releasing stored carbon and reducing the forest's ability to absorb CO2.

How do forests affect the temperature?

Forests (and all vegetation) remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. This reduces the effects of the enhanced greenhouse effect, slowing the rising temperatures of global warming.

What are the global problems of clearing forests and increased gas emissions from factories and motor vehicles?

The main global problems of clearing forests and increased gas emissions are global warming and acid rain. The clearing of forests means additional carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, causing global warming. Increased gas emissions also contribute to global warming and acid rain.

What is the greenhouse effect called?

the green house effect called global warming, and the global warming is increasing day-by-day.

Can the world explode by the effect of global warming?

No the warming is only a warming of the atmosphere.

Did the accident at chernobyl cause global warming?

No, the Chernobyl nuclear accident did not cause global warming. It probably had no effect on it at all. Global warming is caused by the excessive burning of fossil fuels which releases additional carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, into the atmosphere. Deforestation has also removed forests that used to remove this carbon from the environment.

If we wern't here would global warming happen?

No. Global warming is caused by man burning fossil fuels and cutting down forests. No other animal does that. If there were no humans on earth, there would be no global warming.

Does global warming have an effect on volcanos?

No, Global warming has no effect on volcanoes. It's the other way round. Volcanoes can increase global warming slightly if the emit carbon dioxide. And they can reduce global warming for a while if their dust and ash block out and reflect the sun's rays.
