∙ 14y agoTruth is a variable concept, ie, nothing is good on it's own, it's just our interpretation. Goodness and wikedness is relative; one tribe may burn their father's bodies, and another may eat them, and both would find the other's practice disturbing and wrong. Succinctly: Morality varies with culture, and it is man who decides what is right and wrong.

∙ 14y agoProtagoras meant that truth and reality are subjective and relative to each individual's perceptions and experiences. In other words, what one person considers true or real may not be the same for another person, so each person is the "measure" of their own reality.

kilogram is the SI unit for mass and weight, as said it measures the weight or mass.

The question, as stated, cannot be answered sensibly. A cubic foot is a measure of volume, with dimensions [L3]. A foot is a measure of distance, with dimensions [L]. The two measure different things and elementary dimensional analysis teaches that you cannot convert between measures with different dimensions such as these without additional information.
In order to answer this question one must first come up with a basis in which to measure intelligence. Once that is established questions that meet said criterion may be used to measure the intelligence of a question - until the most intelligent questions are asked.
The Greek philosopher Protagoras.
The statement "man is the measure of all things" is attributed to the ancient Greek philosopher Protagoras. This means that individual human experiences and perceptions determine truth and reality.

One of Theodorus's most influential teachers was Protagoras, a renowned sophist in ancient Greece known for his teachings on rhetoric and relativism. Theodorus is said to have been greatly influenced by Protagoras's ideas on the nature of knowledge and truth.

Assuming that you do not mean a heavenly body, all that can be said is that the measure of one exterior angle of a polygon is 52 degrees: nothing more.
Sorry- you have to be the one that answers that. We do not know you, nor things you may have said or done. We have no way to judge whether you are mean.
Yes. In fact it can be said that it is one of the most fundamental things studied by physics because it is one of the few things we can measure. For example: We measure a force -> We actually measure the rate of motion change in a calibrated instrument. We measure a field strength -> We again measure a motion. Almost everything we measure, we measure through motion of some sort. Interactions between particles are not directly observable, instead we measure their effects on the surroundings, inducing motions in measuring apparatus.
