The phases of Mitosis are Interphase, Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase (IPMAT). Cytokiensis is a separate thing altogether from Mitosis. So anything other than IPMAT is "not a phase in mitosis".

Mitosis consists of 5 phases:

Prophase

Prometaphase

Metaphase

Anaphase

Telophase

Cytokinesis is the separation of the two cells after mitosis, so strictly speaking, it is not a phase of mitosis.

Interphase is not a part of mitosis, because interphase is when the cell goes through its normal function while preparing for the mitosis.
