As people get older, the millions of cells inside them start to deteriorate. Whey you are young, the cells duplicate easily and freely, where as when you get older, your cells can't duplicate as well as before and you end up with an off balance of cells. That means that there is less and less living cells. this doesn't happen overnight but instead over time. It takes years for this to happen.

Biological changes in elders are primarily driven by aging processes, including cellular damage and loss, hormonal changes, and decreased organ function. These changes can lead to a decline in physical abilities, cognitive function, and overall health in elderly individuals. Genetic factors, environmental influences, and lifestyle choices also play roles in shaping the extent and pace of these biological changes.

Natural processes like chemical reactions, biological cycles, or physical forces can play a role in driving changes.
