Oceanographers study the sea and other waters in the world. They try to find answers or discoveries that might benefit the earth. Like finding Mercury in the water we drink or a new species of fish that is eating all the other fish, mainly the ones we eat. They discovers underwater volcanoes and other types of awesome structures in the water we thought was just plain water.

Hoped this helped.
