the human body must take in food to convert to energy it must rid itself of waste, it must have a respiratory effort by taking in oxygen and expelling carbon dioxide, it must be able to circulate blood to per fuse its organs, it must have the brain capacity to maintain functionality. It must have stimulation to survive. I am sure there are many others, but this should give you a start.
