Well It depends on how you look at it, I would say It's a political stunt because earlier in the 1900's, the public got told the world was getting colder and the Ice age would expand and we would all die If we did'nt do something. Later on that got proven a con, and now they have just swapped it round. It's just this con has not been found out yet but who knows It's just another great question for the world.
