∙ 14y agoTo be absolutely certain your full blood type would need to be known as you are B positive your genotype can be either BB or BO as B is dominant to O. If you are group BO your child can be either
AB
BO
AO
However if you are BB then you child can be
AB
BB
As to if they will be positive or negative im not sure but im fairly certain that since you and your wife are both rhesus positive then your child will be too.

∙ 14y agoYour child could have either blood group B positive or AB positive, as those are the possible blood group combinations from the parents.
Yes, you can become a father even if your blood group is A- and your wife's blood group is positive. Blood group compatibility does not affect your ability to conceive a child. However, there may be implications for blood compatibility during pregnancy that should be discussed with a healthcare provider.
The children could have either blood type A positive or O positive. Each parent passes on one blood type allele to their child, so the child could inherit the allele for either A or O from the father, and the O allele from the mother, resulting in blood types A or O. The positive Rh factor is dominant, so the child would also have a positive blood type.
Your baby could be either blood group A positive or B positive. Since the mother is O positive, she can only pass on an O allele. The father, being AB positive, can pass on either an A or B allele. So, the baby can inherit either blood type A or B from the father, making the baby either blood type A positive or B positive.
With positive parents, the child could have a blood type of either A+, B+, AB+, or O+ depending on the specific combination of alleles inherited from the parents.
The baby could have blood type A+ or A-. The Rh factor (positive or negative) is determined by the father's blood type, while the ABO blood group (A, B, O, AB) is a combination of both parents' blood types in this case.
"A","B","AB" "O" either positive or negative
Yes.In the case that his wife has an A blood group, either A+ or A-. Yes.In the case that his wife has an A blood group, either A+ or A-. Yes. In the case that the mother has an blood group of A, (either A+ or A-).
AB positive / A positive / B positive
Yes, if your genotype is BO, you can pass on the O allele and the child will be type O. If your genotype is BB, then no, the child will be type B (BO). Positive or negative depends on your specific Rh factor, and that of your husbands.
Is mom rh positive or negative?
Yes. My wife and I are both O positive, and we have a healthy twelve year old daughter that is also O positive.
Nothing happens, also nothing happens to their babies. Because the mother is Rhesus positive she won't make antibody's against the baby's blood. The only danger is when a Rh negative mother gives birth to a Rh positive child. RV
The chances are 50/50 between A+ and B+. If the baby is type O, it's not yours, dude.
Simple answer - NO. The child will always have the same blood group as one of its parents.
